BalanSens is built for complete rehabilitation of individuals via robotic actuators and multi-modal feedback system to provide assist-as-needed paradigm. This must-modal feedback system includes; haptic, visual and auditory feedback modules and also sEMG sensors to monitor the muscle activities for control of the system and performance analysis of the individuals. Complete rehabilitation includes; ankle preparation and rehabilitation, balance rehabilitation, and stepping rehabilitation. Thus, the system has been designed and developed to cover all these complex tasks in one set-up to be able to implement this complete rehabilitation session at once. We’re looking for team members who are interested to work on any of these platforms or bring new concepts.
